Property erected on two subdivided titles
Dear all
I would like to bring forward this matter of a single property (house) erected on two subdived titles ( mean have to pay double quit rent every year ).
I'm the owner of a house (Olivia) in Puteri 11 that is facing this problem of IOI property building a house on two title. After I took the keys of my house IOI advised me that they will amalgamate the two title into one for me but now after 1 year I still get the same answer from IOI that land office is slow & have to wait endlessly with no date given of the completion of the amalgamation.
Does any owner of Olivia or Nadia have the same problem? Please share your part of the story from IOI.
