Illegal Parking by Irresponsible Car Owner

EGM Postponed to 6th March

Dear Resident,

Owing to an important function organized by the Selangor Community Policing is held on 5th March 2011, the same day of our EGM, I therefore, have to forcefully postpone it to the next day 6th March 5:00pm at the park.

This function will be attended by our Prime Minister YAB Datuk Seri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, our Home Minister YB Datuk Seri Hishammuddin bin Tun Hussein, Ketua Polis Negara YDH Tan Sri Ismail bin Omar, Timbalan Ketua Polis Negara YDH Datuk Hussin bin Ismail, Ketua Polis Daerah Subang Jaya YDH ACP Zainal Rashid bin Abu Bakar, Ketua Polis Selangor YDH DCP Datuk Tun Hisan bin Tun Hamzah and his Timbalan Ketua Polis Selangor YDH SAC Datuk A. Thaiveegan and mostly all RA(s).

I regret for the short notice.

Feedback On Our Requests From MPSJ

Dear All,

Khoo and I were at MPSJ this morning to;

1. Checked with MPSJ Landscape regarding our request for basketball court, futsal, wood ball and reflexology stone and trash bins.  They are still working on it but somehow they can only provide one thing at a time.  Meaning they will built the basketball court first and this will happen in 2012.
   
   They are not going to do the Woodball for sure. Fauziah, i am sorry for that as I know you really would like to have it.
   
   They are going to install trash bin around BP11 somewhere around April or May as they are still in the process of appointing the contractor.
   
   They still discussing of whether or not to make the reflexology stone for us now or later. They will inform us as soon as they have the decision made.
   
2. MPSJ Landscape told us that Hse 29 Jln 11/7 has made a huge complaint to them the danger they encountered when children were/are playing football in the park.
   
   MPSJ has refused them the tall fencing and MPSJ will put a NO FOOTBALL Sign board in the park.
   
   But I disagree with MPSJ and requested them not to do it otherwise the kids in P11 have no recreational activities at all.
   
   Somehow MPSJ understand they agreed with us of not putting such Sign board to penalize the children. At the same time they will reject this resident request as they were the only resident complaint.
   
3. I have received from Loke yesterday, the letter from MPSJ authorizing us to place the cone along Jalan Puteri 11/1 (Puteri Bayu).

I have contacted Sarjan Mat Sood for the police stickers and strings as agreed previously.  Unfortunately we have to wait till Saturday as he is now on leave till Friday.

Also I have requested Mohan to measure the area and to confirm to us number of cones needed.  Affirmatively the Security Co. is going to have a 50/50 share of cones with us.  This at least can help us to spend lesser and unnecessarily.

Furthermore, I have requested IOI to let me know if they can help us to buy the cone at a cheaper rate.    They will let us know once they have information from their Technical Dept.

Lastly, Fauziah has prepared me the letter for MPSJ regarding our request for F.O.C. electricity supply for our spotlight even though she is so busy with her meeting internationally.   Jutaan terima kasih Fauziah, Alhamdulillah!

Jalan Puteri 11/1A damaged due to TNB cut road

Dear All

Yesterday TNB cut the road (Jln 11/1A) then covered it back with earth. A portion of earth near TNB substation got washed off completely, due to the heavy downpour. I got the guards to put cones and partially close the road also. Tomorrow morning a lot of people will usually use the road. Will check tomorrow again. The hole quite deep most cars will get stuck.

TNB station at Flora Nadia left open

The switch box at TNB station at Flora Nadia is left open. When it rains, electrical short circuit might happen and cause damage to the station.

Complaint about Fireworks

Dear All,

It is the first day of Chinese New Year. While everyone is either enjoying the holidays or celebrating the festive season, I would like to urge all residence in the neighbourhood to refrain from setting off fireworks along the streets. Not only that this is fire hazard and illegal, it also cause damages to properties of others.

This happens to my cars, including my brand new one that has not even gone for first service. The debris of fireworks set off by my neighbour next two doors had caused many incurable marks on the bonnet and chrome areas of my car grill. The marks are apparent even after a few washes. Attached are some of the pictures that I have taken.

I will not be hesitating to call the police should there be another round of fireworks being set off again near the houses.

Survey Form

Further to AGM held on 23 Jan 2011, the issue of road closure of internal road between Puteri 11 and Puteri 12 was brought up to our attention. It was reported that Puteri 12 RA has proposed to close the boom gate daily from 12 a.m. (MIDNIGHT) to 6.00 a.m. to improve security by completely disallowing any vehicle's access.
