Taklimat Pertandingan Kibar Jalur Gemilang Peringkat Jkp Mpsj 2012

Dengan segala hormatnya saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.

2. Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya akan mengadakan Pertandingan Kibar Jalur Gemilang Peringkat JKP MPSJ 2012 yang telah dirasmikan pada 26 Julai 2012 oleh Y.Bhg Dato' Asmawi Bin Kasbi, Yang Dipertua MPSJ.

Pertandingan ini diadakan sempena bulan kemerdekaan dan menawarkan hadiah dalam bentuk Geran Peruntukan Pembangunan berjumlah RM 6,000 keseluruhannya. JKP perlu memilih kawasan perumahan atau kemudahan awam untuk dipertandingkan dikalangan JKP MPSJ.

3. Sehubungan dengan itu, majlis akan mengadakan satu taklimat bagi menerangkan kepada JKP apa yang sepatutnya dilaksanakan oleh JKP untuk memasuki pertandingan ini. Taklimat akan diadakan seperti tarikh berikut:

Tarikh   : 28 Julai 2012 (Sabtu)
Masa    : 9.00 pagi
Tempat : Bilik Mesyuarat Kenanga, Bangunan MPSJ

4. Semua PA Ahli Majlis dan satu (1) orang wakil JKP diwajibkan hadir ke sesi taklimat yang akan diadakan ini. Kerjasama dan perhatian pihak tuan / puan amatlah saya harapkan.

Further to my SMS’s enquiry made on the 17th July, 2012 pertaining to the captioned issues that have been approved a while ago.

We shall be most grateful if you can kindly advise us when the Contractor is going to start the making of the ramp, which is funded by JKP Zone 16 and also the remade of the new reflexology stone as agreed and approved by your good self?

Instead of throwing your unwanted usable or bulky furniture, wearable clothes, shoes, bags, toys newspapers, magazines, plastic, glass, aluminums, electrical items around the Taman, there is an organization called PERTUBUHAN AMAL SERI SINAR to clear them all for you for FREE.

You can reach them either by email serisinar@recyclecharity.org or telephone to 03 9021 1888 / 016 203 7022 and fax 03 9021 3022 for an appointment.

This is a better and friendlier way to keep our Taman clean and it is neither MPSJ responsibility nor their jurisdiction to help dispose especially the bulky usable or unusable furniture.

Let's us help ourselves to achieve a more liveable condition and to also help upgrade the quality of life for
you an others around you too!

Please be advised that En. Hazman, Timbalan Perancangan MPSJ will set a meeting for us for the 1st week of August, 2012 and will finalize the date once he has checked his schedule.

I am sorry that 1st week of August is the earliest he can arrange for us and I will try to arrange the meeting in the afternoon so that most of you could attend.

You be notified once RA has the confirmation.

New 2012/13 Car Sticker

Dear residents,

We have just received the new car stickers from our supplier hence will be assigned to the
respective Road Rep. for the distribution within this month.

We therefore will be most glad if you can please complete the form and return to your Road Rep as soon as possible for recording purposes before distribution can be carry out.

This new car sticker is F.O.C. but will be given out on an "EXCHANGING WITH THE OLD STICKER" basis.

No sticker will be given out if we do not retrieve the old sticker from you and you are then required to pay Rm 5 for each sticker you ask for.

RA would like to apologies for the delay in distributing the new car sticker.

Termination Of Sebiro's Guards With Effect From 15 Jul 2012

Dear residents,

I would like to inform you that we have terminated the guards hired under Sebiro Security Management with effect from 15th July, 2012.

Getting good guards have never been an easy task but we assure you that RA will do the utmost best to get hold of one. The only way is to know is based on "time factor". With time it tells.

Besides, these new guards need time for adaptation to the new environment and also to memorize our SOP too.  Henceforth we are asking for your understandings and patience too.

Nevertheless, you be advised of the new guard house number as soon as our security company has it ready.

Therefore please do bear with us and RA be glad if you can help message us your feedback.

We apologise for all the inconvenience caused.

Water Interruptions in Bandar Puchong Jaya

Please be informed that consultants from ATZ Consult Sdn Bhd will be carrying out pipe water diversion works for Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd, “Proposed Enhancement Works along LDP (Package C1) Proposed Petaling Jaya Toll Plaza (TP2) - Bandar Puchong Jaya Upgrading Works”.

In view of the above, there will be water interruptions in several areas.

The details are as follow:

Date : 18 July 2012 until 19 July 2012

Time : 11pm – 7.00am

Areas affected :

1. Jalan Bangau, Bandar Puchong Jaya
2. Jalan Kenari, Pusat Bandar Puchong
3. IOI Business Park, Puchong

Residents are advised to close the stopcock to avoid filthy water from entering the pipe system in the households.

Syabas install water pipe for Puteri Hills

Syabas contractors today dug up the road across from Bayu Puteri to Puteri Hills to install water pipes for the new temporary offices at Puteri Hills.

Power Failure At Main Entrance

Please be advised that our Taman is now facing power failure that

would and could cause some inconveniences on our access system at the main entrance.

We have lodged a report with TNB and this is the ref. U537RK.

Finger cross that the electricity will resume early.

It is a need to own this attitude to be more caring and loving thy neighbours, which is also an act of “deterrent”.

Remember, the importance of a good and strong neighborhood ties that can help prevent crimes from happening.

It goes without saying that we are part of the contributor to crime when we do not do our part to help prevent crimes.

We MUST embrace this great attitude to help enhance the safety and security in this place where we called HOME!

Gotong Royong At Puteri 7 – 17 June 2012

A scent of the cold breezy morning and birds were chirping happily around.

On the meadow seeing folks and children in full spirit with hats and gloves, cleaning mechanism – brooms, spades etc., fleets of garbage trucks with number of MPSJ workers turning up sharp at 9am. What a joy to see with this rectitude of the community to make their Taman cleanliness fundamental.

Chopping trees, grass cutting and clearing up trashes in every corner of the park with folks and children relayed the tasks. It was such a beautiful sight and rejoiced experiencing the sheer goodness of team spirit and indisputable emblem of UNITY.

Cr. Chang Kim Loong Amn and his team of four (4), Jacky The , Mok Weng Onn, Jordan Kum and Alice Choo participated in this event and endeavored “Towards Community Bonding” notion as benchmark.

Jacky is also the Hon. Secretary of RA Puteri 11. He is a man with heart of gold who really cares and concern for the community has been frequently organizing this event in his Taman to bond the ties of his residents.

Gotong Royong ends at 12pm and we felt so rejuvenated after all!
