Submitting the Bantahan Form

Dear friends,

what I just sent to you has nothing to do with politics. 
It is literally to protest against increase of the plot ratio from 1:4 to 1:8 (twice the size) as it will definitely affect our daily life.

So help yourself by submitting the Bantahan Form (without elaborating yr suggestions) to save BP living and traffic conditions.

We have our role to play and responsibility to raise our voice before The Auth approve developer proposal.

Tqvm fr yr understandings, supports, cooperation and Unity above all.

Please do not take this issue lightly now and complain later.

Thanks to those residents who participated. At the same time 20 "No dog poos" signages have been place all over Puteri 11.

 

We hope all dog owners adhere and respect these signages ensuring that you will clear your own dog poos. It is never too late for you to help in making our Taman clean and liveable.

Dear resident,
Recently a resident has been diagnosed with dengue.
We have already arranged with our Cr. Stephen and MPSJ to carryout gotong royong on 7th December, 2014.

We will gather at the Basketball court Jalan 13 at 7.30am and 100 T-shirts sponsored by JKP Zone 16 will be given on a first come first serve basis.
We seek your cooperation and support to participate, not only to make the event a success but to reach our objective which is to search and to clear up the mosquitos breeding grounds which usually is in/within our own house.
We have to help ourselves and to save our family, our love ones!

Dear residents,

We are considerably lucky this time that MPSJ is willing to help us clear up this big junky trash.

I do not wish to see any re-occurrence of such selfish and inconsiderate attitude.

Should any of you see anyone throwing out their belongings, please report to MPSJ the address of the culprit and have he/she be fined.

Overgrown plants along Jalan Puteri 11/1A

Puan fyi i have complaint about these overgrown plants to Aziz since 21 May but still no action.

Trimming in Our Taman cannot be twice a year because these plants can grow huge and gigantic hence our security can be jeopardized. I truly hope that Puan can reconsider to restructure the schedule to trimming in every 4 months as per your advice previously.

Hoarding at the end of Jln Puteri 11/1

Please refer to the attached photo and you will see how bad and dangerous is the hoarding.

I was informed by your subordinate a week ago that your workers are replacing a better hoarding throughout but unfortunately we see no changes nor any changement progress.

Can you please kindly take prompt action before any accident happens.

Bad hoarding set up

I hope you will send someone to attend to the bad hoarding along Jalan Puteri 11/1.

Indah Water fixing manhole

Dear resident,

IWK is working on the manhole. Fyi the pipe were stuck with huge amount of trash.

Please make sure all domestic trash are thrown in the trash bin not flushing it to the toilet bowl or washing basin.

Security

Dear residents, in view of some minor incidences and the attitudes of our guards, I have now arranged with Balai Puchong (agreed and confirmed by Tuan Rosli) to have their police patrolling with our guards on a on off basis.

But still I really urge all of you to partake your part in helping RA and yourself to safeguard our Taman instead of just relying on Guards.

May i remind you that having guards is just a form of Deterrent and Surveillance.

We are the actual force to ensure security and to have safety for our love ones.

Dimaklumkan bahawa ini adalah kali yang kedua kami membuat aduan tersebut untuk 2 jalan yang berlubang iaitu      1) Jalan Puteri 13
2) Jalan Puteri 7

Dengan dukacita bahawa lubang-lubang di kedua dua jalan adalah lebih merosot and berlebaran.

Dengan segala hormat, kami meminta pihak Tuan/Puan supaya mengambilkan tindakan yang sewajarnya dengan secepat mungkin.

Jalan Berlubang Di Bandar Puteri 11

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa pihak kami telah  mengadu kepada pihak MPSJ melalui Puan Sharifah, PA kepada Ahli Majlis Zone 16 mengenai lubang lubang di Jalan Puteri 7 dan 13, masih belum diperbaiki.

Sehubungan itu,  kami meminta pihak MPSJ untuk melihat kepada aduan tersebut dan mengambil tindakan yang selanjutnya.
