Seems there will be a station within Bandar Puteri. Anyone knows the exact location? I wonder whether there will be enough car parks.
ReplyDeletei went to Bandaraya office to see the actual model.
ReplyDeletethe 3 stations nearest to Bandar Puteri are :-
1) Station 6 - Empty land between Naza Kia showroom & Esso petrol kiosk (beside IOI Mall)
2) Station 7 - Empty land (i think it is a playground now) beside Tesco
3) Station 8 - Empty land beside Rakan Muda complex
There will be a station at Puchong Perdana & one station at Puchong Prima before it ends at Putra Heights
Where is the Rakan Muda Complex btw?
ReplyDeleteIf you are coming from Puchong Jaya heading towards Shah Alam on the LDP, you will see the Rakan Muda complex (you can't miss it as it is big) on your right
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info. Truly appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteSo basically it's all on the opposite side of Bandar Puteri.
ReplyDeleteplayground shouldn't convert into station or car park, wonder how we can verify this.
ReplyDeletei saw the plan myself in KL Bandaraya
ReplyDeletewhat else is there to verify unless you check it out yourself ?
...STN 09 will stop at Puteri 5 just which currently IOI doing shop. Pasrana will take over part of shop facing Tractor Malaysia from IOI
ReplyDeleteWhere you get info. on change of Stn. 09 location? Are the shops belonging to IOI or some other developers? Is this new location more convenient for Bandar Puteri residents? Hope you can provide the answers. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteSTN01 - Bukit OUG, STN02 - Kg Muhibbah, STN03 - BK1 & BK6, STN04 - BK2 & BK5, STN05 - TBK & BK3, STN06 - IOI Mall (main station, land belong to IOI and Mobil also gone, Pasarana need to buy it), STN07 - Tesco, STN08 - Rakan Muda Puchong, STN09 - Bandar Puteri/ Tractor Malaysia, STN10 - Puchong Perdana, STN11 - Puchong Prima, STN12 - Kg.Tengah Puchong & STN13 - Putra Height.
ReplyDeleteSTN09 - 4 storey shop under con belong to IOI which I heard from MPSJ/Pasarana they just issued stop order work to IOI on the shop facing Jalan Puchong/Tractor Malaysia. As check with IOI they are planning to sell that particular shop around RM2.7mil. As went to site to view it around 14 units involved. 14 x 2.7 mil = almost RM40mil. Do you think it worth for Pasarana to take over. Why not they just take the state land i.e. old Balai Polis + old Pos Malaysia land next to Masjid Batu 12?
One of the good if they take over that development, the car park is ample. From the signboard which IOI doing shop there are 5 level of multi storey car park on that development... at least plus minus got around 800 bays plus infront of 81 units plus minus around 200 bays = 1,200 bays ready and Pasarana can save on it to provide parking bays.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the exact location for the Station at Puchong Prima? s that closed to OTK Supermarket or next to the empty land for car driving lesson? Thanks a lot for reply.
ReplyDeleteVery good if STN09 in Bandar Puteri is a 'park and ride' station with ample car parking facilities. We do not need to drive to KL. Property prices in Bandar Puteri will also appreciate.
ReplyDeletePuchong Prima - I'm not sure it better you check with the developer Bolton.
ReplyDeletewhat is the status of Puchong LRT now.
ReplyDeleteHave they started the construction?? When thay are going to start the construction?
