Vulgar and rude comments will be deleted
This blog welcomes all comments for criticize and suggestions. We even allow anonymous postings so that more can contribute ideas and suggestions. But this openness has been misused by some to write vulgar and rude comments against other residents.
From today onwards, we will monitor and censor such vulgar and rude comments. Hope the readers will understand.
