IOI is building 8 units of 2-storey semi-detached house at the land next to Primrose park.
Refer to IOI Master plan There is no mention of Semi-Detached houses.
Update:
A Primrose buyer confirmed that the semi-d was already in the masterplan when he bought the house.
Now, will the Puteri 11 RA need to be changed to include the new development?
Also, IOI should update the Bandar Puteri masterplan on its website to show the new Semi-D.

me and my wife had searched ard putra height for hse and this switchyard things made my wife feeled uncomfortable. so bought hse at puteri12 and now the thing come out here again. hope with new technology, the thing will not look so ugly. sigh!

hope this will be high end apartment or else a lot unwanted people will pass-by puteri11 everyday.
I was staying in low end apartment before I bought Nadia. Didn't know that I was the unwanted one.

This is past of the master plan.
No change order, no consent required.
the condo also part of the master plan long time ago... anyway, puteri11 will for sure housing another 4 apts coz it was thre long long time ago in the masterplan.

I recalled that the semi d was shown on masterplan the time I bought my Primrose unit. So no point to shout around if you didnt notice that long ago.

ReplyDeleteI thought what differentiate apartment and condominium is the facilities; nothing to do with the height of the building nor the wealth of residents.

Btw, I'm Malaysian.
One of the agenda for Puteri 11 RA is to tighten the security around Nadia, Olivia and Primrose. The RA even proposed to collect the security guard service fee from the residents to improve the security guard service at Puteri 11. Each car will be provided with sticker so that the guard situated at the guard house can differentiate the resident and stranger easily.
ReplyDeleteThis objective is now very difficult to achieve if the apartments and semi-d are also designed as gated and guarded with their own security guard service.
By that time, who has the right to monitor the Puteri 11 security guard to make sure they delivered their service? Puteri 11 RA ? IOI ? Semi-d residential committee? or the Apartment Residential committee?
First, expand the road that is heading to Nadia 1 & Olivia. Make it as four lane; two for Nadia 1/Olivia residents. Another, dedicated access to Apartments. Build fence to separate such as NadiaOlivia | AccessRoadToApartment | PrimroseSemiD.
ReplyDeleteBuild guard house for NadiaOlivia, place it at where the old guard house is. Another guard house for PrimroseSemiD. Another for Apartments.
For existing guard house, convert it to something else or serve as first layer security check (funded by 3 RA). 3 RA work together to protest the high rise condo. Give more stress to MPSJ and IOI. Each RA get representative from different party, you name it, including independent.
Otherwise, combine all as one RA. More money but can be difficult to manage like anonymous said above.

ur suggestions sound so silly... those roads are public road lah friend, are you going to buy up those up and turn to private roads for NadiaOlivia only? u knew it wasn't strata title g&g when buying up puteri-11. apt normally got to pay maintenance, and u ask them to pay additional.. u think tat works?
ReplyDeleteof course there is no strict defintion of apt/condo... in fact if u check dictionary they are the same, different terms used, i think between UK and US English.
ReplyDeletetat's why I said Malaysia term.. its majority and not exceptional case. Go out and ask, what is the first thought of majority the majority to link apt/condo with high/low rise.
oh so cannot lah, too bad then. We will have to find new solution :D
