    Towing is not work especially the towing service is only from 9am to 5pm which normally this area of illegal parking is empty as they had went to work.
    Remain the cone and chain is one thing, but beside that, suggest to have two or three more hump in this narrow road as to slow down the cars.
    Create both side parking till the main road seem to be the best solution as others had suggested. But beside that, they should also look into the root cause of having their car park outside illegally instead of within the Apartment premise, as I came to know there were still parking available for lease, maybe they should review the leasing fees....
    Would there be consider also to draw more parking lot at the main road on both side?
