Mpsj On Action On 6 Oct 2011

Sms message received from En. Ahmad Hassan, Pengarah Penguat Kuasa MPSJ confirming towing another car today:

"Kereta jenis atos, wmx 6212,warna biru di tunda di bayu..yg lain ada terus dikompaun mpsj dan polis...sekian harap maklum.."

RA, MPSJ and Polis are working intensely on this problem.

Finger cross for a positive and constructive result in achieving the ROAD SAFETY for everybody.

  1. RA 11,

As a resident of Puteri 11, I really appreciate RA11's patient and perseverance in handling this problem.

And you are right that these inconsiderate people is crawling back after laying off less than a month.

I usually leave my house about 7:15am everyday and the narrow road is again filled with unlawful parking.

As for safety reasons, it is great to see the authorities are in action.

Unfortunately, these people is SMART too, as they are aware of the loop hole that they will BE GONE before the authorities arrive by 9:00am?

I guess the best possible way to discourage them from parking in the narrow road is to to tow all these cars away by MPSJ early in the morning (not sure if MPSJ can do this). This is better than "saman" as the penalty is heavier and will be a hassle to these unlawful people to get back their cars.

    I hope this suggestion helps!

  3. Dear Puteri Bayu Residents,

I don't have to reply your message in this blog since it is not our official site.

But I made an exemption in replying your comment, although I have emailed you my reply today.

I requote what I wrote to you:

    QTE.

    Dear Gentleman/Lady,

There is no reason why P11 residents parking their cars along Jalan Puteri 11 main road. If you do come across such incident I shall be most grateful if you can note down their car plate number and advise me, action will definitely be taken on it immediately, unless those cars just parked for a minute or two.

I will not act upon it just with your verbal complaint.

Besides, the extra parking slots were achieved by P11 to accommodate you Puteri Bayu residents based on the number of cars that parked illegally outside the road before the making of the 16 extra parking spaces. So how can you say we are "double standard"? Besides, there are some more cars parked illegally along the road in front of your guardhouse till our guardhouse, which it is illegal but yet the police did not saman them or MPSJ towing their cars away.

WHY??? Because we only complained to the police and MPSJ only on those cars parked at the corner and at the curve that obstruct the visibility of the incoming and outgoing cars, which can caused accidents. What we want is just the ROAD SAFETY for us and for you at Puteri Bayu too.

We worked very hard to get the extra parking bay approved by MPSJ and not by your RA (sorry to have to say it), and we do have letter from MPSJ as proof. We shall be happy to furnish you a copy if you wish to have one.

So don't just simply accuse us for being 'Double standard" when you do not know anything about it.

Also we have all the photos of your residents' cars with the parking bay stickers and who refused to continue to pay the rental and also all the empty parking spaces inside your compound. So who is "Double Standard" here then?

Please try to be reasonable, considerate and unselfish, as we have done our part from our heart to help you people at Puteri Bayu, and with hope to avoid misunderstandings or any dispute.

It’s time that you do your part.

Thanking your for your kind understandings and co-operation.

    Yours faithfully,
    Chairman of Puteri 11

  4. Dear Chairwoman,
Jalan Puteri 11 is a public road connecting Bayu Puteri and Puteri 12.

The reason these inconsiderate P11 residents parked their cars along Jalan Puteri 11 (near Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve slope) and between nadia and primrose, is because they have too many cars and less space. So do Bayu Residents.

If you need photos, GoogleEarth provides a very clear image of inconsiderate P11 resident cars.

    Don't be double standard!

  5. BayuResidents,

With all do respect, you are just trying to argue your way through without any suggestions to improve the situation and out of the subject.

We are just trying to advice all people (not only Puteri Bayu) not to park along side of the narrow road from Puteri Bayu down to the main road (Jalan Puteri 3). When these cars parked, it is very dangerous when there is traffic flow on both directions. Don't you agree? If not, please share your thoughts.

I hope you are mature enough to understand the situation.

By the way, I'm on google earth now and I don't see your complain. So, why not you capture the screen and email to us.

RA11 at least has tried to solve the problem, how about yourself?
