Smart Tag Battery Costs

About the smart tag ( our guard house ) very disappointed to know the life span battery for the tag will used up less than 6 months , that was mine ...

battery shop owner told me the battery we used was a very unpopular size and type that most shops do not have it. Only 1 shop said can order but reluctant to help cos not other customer will look for it. Even if i can find it the cost of 2 batteries will cost me RM 84.00.

Why they use this type of tag with such high maintenance ??? Not economical at all :( .. think of it is long run makes me very upset.

We will update you. But, for sure the battery less than RM10 per pc.

    maybe because they rushed this project with out taking time to do proper R & D on the system and tag.

    I just replaced the batteries at a shop at Tesco (ground floor besides McDonald. Cost me $50 for a pair.
