This is to inform that on 17.2.2013 Alice, Chairperson of Puteri 11 came into Puteri 12 at 2.21am in the morning and sms one message to our Mr. Allan Ng which read as follows:
“Can u ask yr guard to open the barrier at the access road as I hv to go home? Tq”
For your information, there is an access road between P11 & P12. For security reason, this access road is closed from midnight to 6.00am everyday with a security guard station at the guard house.
The guard reminded her that border crossing is closed from midnight to 6.00am and that crossing is only allowed for emergency case. She was advised to enter her own taman by using her taman’s main entrance.
Instead she started to create issues by demanding the guard to call the committee to come out. Our guard supervisor, Fairoz requested that she can call up the committee later in the morning, but she refused and subsequently the sms was sent to Allan. Allan saw the message at 7.00am. After checking with the security, we found out that she behaved aggressively, took photographs of our guard, the guard supervisor, the boom gate at the border between P11 & P12 and went to P12 main guard house took photographs and left with a message that she will report to MPSJ.
This is not the first incident from Alice. She had wanted to merge P11 and P12 which did not materialize. During previous incidents she said that P11 got G&G and P12 don’t have, so P12 must remove the barrier boom gate at the border with P11 failing which P12 will face the same consequences like Puchong Hartamas where MPSJ removed their guard house and same will happen to P12 main guard house. As chairperson of RA P11 and secretary of JKP Zone 16, her actions of interfering in the affairs of P12 and disturbing its committee members at the middle of the night is deemed intimidating and disrespectful. Such action and also other numerous incidents are not only damaging her own image but that of P11 and JKP Zone 16.

ReplyDeleteOne of many RAs main reason in existence is to create a harmonious and safe neighborhood, between every member and other RAs. NOT to create issue and fight. As far as I can remember, all this while, it’s been understood since the creation of P11's RA that we respect P12's SOP, in order to ensure better control of security between both P11 & P12, P12's boom gate will be closed for access from 12am to 6am daily (irregardless whether you possess valid P11 or P12 car sticker) and will be manned just in case if the authorities i.e. Police, Ambulance, Bomba and etc need access. And for any vehicle without valid sticker and registered visitors, they will be barred access via this road. Legally it’s not right but can anyone tell me what is right?
To P11 chairman, if what was posted in the blog is true, why create issue with the security personnel who are doing their job. Ask yourself, you want security or convenience? You cannot have both at times, irregardless who you are!! There must be SOP to adhere to. If you are so Gung-ho about reporting to MPSJ, then anyone from anywhere can do the same and report P11 to MPSJ to take down your guard post. I have no idea we at P11 being a G&G property!!?? To settle the issue, let’s not have any security services at all!! That may solve all the problems. No more fighting. Are you brave enough to make that decision since you like to boast so much? I lived in P11 and the access road between our taman is a convenient way for all us Parents and residents to travel. I do not want anyone from P11 or P12 closing the road. And I believe a lot of the residents here feel the same. All we need is common sense to accept certain agreed, un-written rules between neighbors. The world is not perfect but it’s because we HUMAN made it so!!! So, please Compromise and Respect!!
And another reason, which eventually may or may not happen. Look around the main access road leading into both P11 and P12. Lookout for signs of soil movement and erosion!! It’s there all this while!! Maybe, most of you don’t bother because it’s yet to happen. Please realize this!! Both our Taman have only ONE, read this carefully, ONE (1) main access road to our house where we lived. Anytime, I PRAY it never happens, either one of these roads will give way. So, how to go home?? Look at what happened to P9, did we ever think that will happen?? When P11 guardhouse or access needs maintenance work where traffic is blocked, we seek assistance fr P12 for access and vice versa for P12 RA. So, why blocked the road? Think properly before any of you decided to block it completely.
Anyway, P11 chairman’s views do not reflect or represent everyone at P11. She can say whatever she wants. It’s her rights. No one can shut her BIG mouth. She don’t own Bandar Puteri Puchong. Thanks very much.

ReplyDeleteAll of the above are only one side of the story. NoONE, I meant NOONE should be commenting anything without going into the details of what was happening. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolve professionally and 2 RAs shall be sitting down and talk about it. Don't post anything or make any comment without knowing what happen. This doesn't help us to solve the issue.

ReplyDeleteNo hard feelings, but you have a very arrogant chairman. Sorry to say so but its a fact. I tried dealing with her but she is just too arrogant. In fact even our committee tried. All we can say is, we give up. Let us handle our side and she can manage her side. For what we know, our residents are important, and not keeping Alice happy. She needs to gain respect from her residents first before getting involved in other Bandar Puteri RAs matters.
