Certified Save From Termite Damage

Your house in Puteri 11 is already treated for subterranean termites before the house is delivered to you, with 5 years warranty. If you encounter termite damage, please contact IOI Properties (K.L. Pest Control & Services Sdn Bhd).

Terms of Warranty
The Company hereby issues warranty for a period of Five (05) years from the date of completion of initial soil treatment applied in the site of the property mentioned in this Certificate of warranty that in the event of any continuation of reoccurrence of infestation by subterranean termites (the Company will upon production of this Certificate undertakes to control by whatever method the Company should deem fit without further charges.

Any extension to the building/buildings must be notified to the Company and the land upon which the extension is built must be treated by the Company at an additional minimal cost. Failure to make such notification and treatment will invalidate this warranty.

    In addition to the 'extensions' of your house, I was told that warranty void if you changed your floor tiles.

    this is funny, if extension void the warranty.. tat means the treatment only limited to the enclosed area? termite still can attack from the car porch and the 2ft yard area.
