I am so sorry about the happenings.
I have asked the TNB officers who were here this morning if we can claim for any sort of compensations to all the household goods damages.
I was told that each of you have to file in a complaint personally as you know better of what exactly happened in your premises and what are the things damaged due to this blast of electricity before any repair take place.
First ask if TNB will sent you their technician to verify the condition before the repair to prevent them from having any excuses or loopholes. If they were to ask you to look for your own electrician to attend to the problem, I will then suggest you to note down the officer's name when you are required to refer back to him/her in future.
After your complaint, you are then have to furnish me the report reference before RA will help issue another complaint to TNB.
Although this is not of RA responsibility, I promise you that we will try to assist you in whatever way we could in getting you some compensation but
we cannot affirm you a success in achieving it.
We no doubt will give a try and do our best.
