- The Association's Secretary shall receive your application form and payment.
- Payment via Cheque / Money Order must be crossed "a/c payee" and payable to the Association; PERSATUAN BANDAR PUTERI 11, PUCHONG (2308-09-SEL)
- Receipts will be issued for all payments.
- The Constitution is available from the Secretary at RM1.00 per copy.

Hello, sorry I'm just new to this. How is this different than the monthly RM50?

ReplyDelete1. The entrance fee of RM 5 and the annual fee of RM 10 was approved by the Registrar of Society at the time they registered our RA. The RA can subsequently increase the fees, if deem appropriate, for example to cover expenses for provision of security services to the residents. However any increase in fees (to RM 50 or any amount) must be properly approved in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the RA.

The duly completed membership form and the cheque for RM 15 (for entrance and annual fees) to be dropped into the letter box at house no. 2 Jalan Puteri 11/7, Bandar Puteri Puchong, which is the registered address of our RA and the house of our Treasurer, Mr Loke (mobile no. 016 2620006)
