NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all the 14 members of the Management Committee of Persatuan Penduduk Bandar Puteri 11 Puchong Selangor that our second official meeting will be held on Sunday, 28 March 2010 at 5:00 pm at the Puteri 11 playground.

AGENDA

  1. To update on the recruitment of membership.
  2. To discuss the issue of condominium development by IOI.
  3. To discuss on the security services provided by IOI.
  4. To fix a date, venue and agenda for the first Annual General Meeting.
  5. Any other matter.

All residents of Puteri 11 are welcome to attend the meeting as guests and that the Committee would like all residents to sign up as member of Puteri 11 RA on that day if have not done so.
