Caution Around The Taman
Dear resident,
I would like to bring to your attention that a cobra has been spotted and subsequently killed by one our resident.
We want to raise your awareness on the situation and make sure you are cautious when walking around the taman.
We do not know whether there is another cobra but nevertheless we must be prudent as danger may still be present.
One of the way is to put sulphur around your house to fend off the cobra.
Please stay aware and keep your eyes open.

We refer to your letters dated on 3 rd January 2012, io" January 2012 and 16th January 2012 via email to us and we noted your concerns pertaining to the above matter.
We would like to inform that it is our policy to ensure all developments are in accordance with sound planning and design principles. Although the above site was approved for 422 condominium units, we are proposing only 240 units out of which 120 units are townhouse units and 120 condominiums.
Besides the density of the project had been reduced significantly, the access from Persiaran Puteri has been comprehensively studied. We have been advised by our consultants as well as IKRAM that based on site conditions, the access from Jalan Puteri 11/1 is more suitable and based on the traffic impact study, Jalan Puteri 11/1 has the capacity to accommodate traffic generated from the above development.
Therefore, we are unable to accede to your request to move the entrance and exit of the Puteri Hill project to the main road heading to Puchong Hartamas. We hope that the above clarifies matters and should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact undersigned or Ms. Lee Kim as at 03- 8064 8833 of Customer Relations Unit.

- Salah satu sebab saya membeli rumah di atas tanah PT ialah kerana inginkan pemandangannya (penglihatan dari kawasan bukit ke bawah). Model (master plan) di Pejabat Pemasaran IOI, Puchong menunjukkan TIADA pangsapuri yang lebih tinggi daripada aras jalanraya ATAU pembangunan masa depan (ketika itu, Mar/2008) yang akan menghalang pemandangan tersebut.
- Pembangunan pangsapuri akan menyebabkan tanah runtuh (sinking) di sekitar kawasan pembinaan dan seterusnya MEROSAKKAN struktur rumah kami. (perkara seperti ini sudah banyak berlaku. Contohnya kerosakan rumah di Wawasan 1 Puchong kerana pembinaan di sekitarnya)
- Lot PT54849, 65772 dan 65337 tidak seberapa luas kawasannya. Pembinaan Pangsapuri akan MEMBURUKKAN kesesakan lalulintas yang dihadapi oleh penghuni-penghuni di Puteri 11 and Bayu Puteri.
- Saya , sebagai pembeli rumah (owner) tidak diberitahu langsung oleh developer tentang cadangan pembinaan pangsapuri tersebut. Saya ketahui perkara ini kerana terlihat papan-tanda cadangan semasa melawat rumah baru (primrose yang dalam pembinaan).

IOI Replaced Water Tanks for Olivia Houses
This morning IOI had began replacing the water tanks for Olivia houses at Jalan Puteri 11. According to IOI personnel, this is a preventive measure for some defective water tanks.
IOI will contact other Olivia houses to make appointment for replacement.
Nadia and Primrose houses are not affected.

Sudah pun lebih daripada 2 minggu kami tetap menunggu dan jalan raya ini masih dalam kegelapan.
Kami dengan seiklas hati mengharapkan Cik Zialoma akan menyampaikan aduan kami kepada Jabatan Kejuruteraan sekali lagi supaya orang yang berkenaan akan meningkatkan perhatian terhadap masaalah ini.
Keramaian penduduk kami amat kecewa sekali terhadap perkara ini sebab keadaan ini adalah amat menyeksakan perasaan keselamatan mereka.

Commissioning Of Our Security Access System (Barrier Gate)
Dear resident,
I would like to apologize because the “Start- up” date will be delay to early February, 2012 (most probably after the “Chap Goh May” ) instead of before the Chinese New Year, is because;
Most importantly is that we want to ensure you a smooth flow of the system.
Nonetheless Chinese New Year is approaching, my teams of committee members are so busy with their work and other personal chores, or otherwise they will be there to do the work without hesitation.
However, few of them are helping me out.

- I have stopped the tag/card collection in the meantime because I am suffering from severe facial burns due to an extreme high fever last week. I will continue with the collections and signing the Terms and Conditions once I am feeling better.
- Nobody can attend to any problems of the system (if any arises) as most of the RA Committee members will be back home in the kampong to celebrate Chinese New Year.
- There is no provision of shelter neither to residents who are using the Touch n Go system nor to the guards as the awning’s supplier cannot start the installation after the 10th day of New Year.
Most importantly is that we want to ensure you a smooth flow of the system.
Nonetheless Chinese New Year is approaching, my teams of committee members are so busy with their work and other personal chores, or otherwise they will be there to do the work without hesitation.

Besides having to wait for your application with the appropriate Authority concerned, I wish to know if there is anything we can do to help push the grant that you require?
I do not think that we should wait any further as all Puteri 11 residents have been so badly affected, solely due to a few Puteri 12 residents refusing the commissioning of the Comm-Tower in their area.
In fact not only Puteri 11’s residents were affected but Puteri 12 residents are unhappy as well of the current situation.
It is rather surprising that only a few voices of Puteri 12 residents together with Dato’ Loo Yeng Peng is so influential until local authority and your esteemed company can disregard the majority of the victimized residents grunts and grievances.
Are they the ones paying you our bills? - Till we have no rights at all to enjoy your services?
I really need to know from you if there is any sort of probable possibilities and means for us to fight for our rights to regain fluent telecommunication services? Because I strongly believe that there must be a way to achieve a better solution and to have our voice heard.

2012 Security Fees- Form Of Payment
Dear resident,
We would like to ask all of you to help the RA in the collection of the security fees.
As it is quite time consuming for the RA to collect the security fees 4 times a year, it is advisable to pay this fee with “Post Dated Cheques”, in this way we don’t have to bother you so much asking you every 3 months for the payment.
Post Dated Cheques should be issued as follows:
1st April, 2012 - Rm 180.00
1st July, 2012 – RM 180.00

Kindly comply accordingly.
Please do understand that collecting the fees from door to door as it is done today is very unpractical and time consuming for all Road Reps.
So a Post Dated Cheque system could be of great advantage for everybody.
Cheques should be crossed A/C Payee Only and payable to "RA PUTERI 11"
Furthermore, RA will be more able to concentrate in more important issues for the Taman.

We would like to ask all of you to help the RA in the collection of the security fees.
As it is quite time consuming for the RA to collect the security fees 4 times a year, it is advisable to pay this fee with “Post Dated Cheques”, in this way we don’t have to bother you so much asking you every 3 months for the payment.
Post Dated Cheques should be issued as follows:
1st April, 2012 - Rm 180.00
1st July, 2012 – RM 180.00
1st of October, 2012 – Rm 180.00

White Ants Issues with IOI
Hi all,
I made a complaint with IOI re the white ants issues at my house. I was informed that the 5 year warranty period started in June 2006 therefore it is OVER.
Residence, in the newer unit still have some warranty left (Nadia and Nadia2 no more warranty)(Olivia and Primrose still have warranty)
ps : Here i go against again with IOI...
1st issue was refund of booking (booked Lilac) they refused to return the booking eventually they gave in (The Star and my lawyer called them (Christine))
2nd issues was the Condo issue
In fact had small issue of the plastering issues ( small bulges on the walls)
Well folks there never a boring day in Bandar Puteri....

- Warranty start date is when their contractor did soil treatment and not when we purchased the property or when we took vacant possession. When I bought my house their staff told me that its 5 years warranty
- I took vacant possession in June 2008 therefore 3 years 7 months only
- The Star and Malaysiakini is helping me out on this issue and i have engaged a lawyer also

Street Light No Function On 32,Jalan Puteri 11/8

MPSJ is no longer attend to phone complaint, you are required to email your complaint to mpsj@mpsj.gov.my in future if you have any.
Also, I wish to inform you that your complaint is always stronger than the RA.
It is highly appreciated if you can submit your complaint cc to me or any member of the RA, and we shall do the follow up whenever possible.
We have to be united in order to achieve the best for our Taman.

I wish to complain to you that most of the street lamps are not working.
The lights have been on and off very frequently, which we believed it was the problem of the cable.
I have also emailed you my complaint a week ago that all the street lamps along Jalan Puteri 11/1A (facing Jalan Puteri 11/2, till Jalan Puteri 11/6) were all fused leaving this area completely dark.
However no one from your office has attended to this problem as yet.
I appreciate if you can instruct the contractor concerned to attend to this problem as soon as possible.
