Dear Jessica,
RE: PUTERI HILL PROJECT
Further to my enquiry of ref. PHP/JAN/2012 of 3rd January, 2012 AND PHP(1) JAN/2012, 10th January, 2012 pertaining to the Resident Objection to the proposed high rise high density condominium Development on Land Lot No PT 54849, PT 65337 and PT 65772 in Mukim Petaling, Daerah Petaling Selangor submitted to you by my predecessor Mr. Chiam in 2009.
Also regret to note that your email dated 10th January, 2012, hardly answer to any of my questions, but just telling us that your Project team in now looking into this matter.
Furthermore, we doubted very much is this particular project is still under review since your esteemed company has already proceeded with the followings;
- Launching this project at the website
- Construction work at the site (2 bulldozers were there digging soils and flattening the land)
We fear that this cannot cater such heavy traffic density and will definitely put all residents of Puteri 11 and Puteri Bayu in jeopardy.
However, we do not wish to be kept waiting for an affirm reply from you, we therefore demand for an urgent clarification in this matter, to clear our doubts, please.
Your prompt attention is highly appreciated.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Alice Choo
Chairman
RA Puteri 11
Is there any way we can stop this reoccurring project once and for all? I mean, through proper channel and government agency.
ReplyDeleteioi don't seem to give up on this.
Ignorant is the attitude ioi has from what I've seen.
Dear Alice,
ReplyDeleteThe last 3 & 4 para (road safety & traffic) doesn't sound professional. You should ask for Traffic Impact Study (if any). If they didn't do any, then you have basis to argue.
How about the slope stability report which is one of the conditions set for developer to get approval. What's result?
