Please be warned of this thirty something year old guy by the name of Segar who rides a motorbike offering to plant grass and trees in your house.
He will offer to plant good quality carpet grass for you first and you only have to pay him after the job is done.
After you have paid him for the grass he will ask if you want to buy some Christmas trees. He will now collect the money from you first and disappear.
You will discover after some weeks that the grass you get is not the type of quality carpet grass he claimed to sell you.

I was conned by him before. Do not believe in him regarding the grass information. He talked like professional but they are not the truth. Must ask the security to ban him.
ReplyDeleteYeap, don't ever task him. it is more like a cow grass than the carpet grass that he claimed. Further more, he plant it randomly and will advice the grass will grow even in a week. In fact, it took 3 months to grow.
