RE: MEETING WITH IOI AT MPSJ ON 16TH FEBRUARY, 2012
With reference to the meeting on Thursday, 16th February, 2012, pertaining to the new IOI Puteri Hills project, I would like to let you know that according to the known by JKR procedures and regulations the width of the so-called MAIN Road should be 66 ft. of width and not 50 ft. as allegedly authorized to IOI in the 90's.
The actual width of the road is 57 ft., but this is not in compliance with the standard size of a Main Road which should be 66 ft.
We therefore confirm our request to widen the Main road to 66 ft. as stated by the valid regulations.
Definitely as our main road leads to the 132ft highway, it is to consider by all means a MAIN Road (66ft in width)
As our Main Road has not yet been surrendered to MPSJ, IOI should be responsible for complying to meet the standard width.
During the next meeting in a month time, I would like to have a confirmation for our request and also would like to be inform if other project involving our community or at any nearby vicinity are programmed in the future.
