With reference to our Tele-conversation on 21st and 22nd Feb 2012, pertaining to my complaint of fused lamps and untidiness of this area.
I wonder if you can help check and to confirm if the all repair and maintenance from our guardhouse till Primrose is of IOI’s responsibility? Or it is of MPSJ?
Regret to inform you that the entire area of Primrose till the guardhouse has not been swept for a long time and I believe this isn’t my first complaint and hence will not be the last too.
Grass at the playground has left unattended as well till the grass has grown tall and messy. Thanks to MPSJ’s contractor who has helped us out yesterday to cut the field.
I hope you can again help to ensure us the maintenance at this Primrose is scheduled as I have been receiving ton of complaints from residents as there are lot of cobra around the site.
Furthermore, lights along Jalan Puteri 11/1 and at Primrose’s playground have not been working for quite some time now, which I fear that the darkness can probably cause undesirable accident.
Have I complain to the right department? If not, can you advise me the email address of the department concerned, so that I don’t and will not be troubling you unnecessarily.
I am sorry to have to complain but it is my duty to do so.
I do look forward for a prompt attention in this matter.
