The newly built guardhouse at the foothill at Puteri 12 has stopped operation. Puteri 11 RA should learn from the episode and understand why the guardhouse is stopped.

Could you let us know what happened to the guard house so that we could learn from it?
ReplyDeleteTQ
the traffic flow at the guard house in Puteri 11 should be revised. base on the current condition, it is very unlikely to have a dedicated residents' lane and visitor waiting lane. the guard has to record the visitor's identity and this usually hold up the traffic coming into Puteri 11.
ReplyDeleteHow to revise? The road width is fixed unless IOI decide to expand the road more.
ReplyDeletelayman like me always wondering why the planner NEVER consider the need for visitor registration and consequences of hold up traffic..... or the developer just pass the bug to residents!
ReplyDeletePuteri11 is not G&G. Wake up!
ReplyDeleteWhy not install automatic gates like the one in Puteri 12? Isn't it provided by IOI?
ReplyDeleteI can see the guards are doing their work but in the afternoon I feel for them as the sun is shining directly into the guardhouse.

Was the guard house ever operating. I thought it is still under construction.
ReplyDeleteAnyway I agree that its quite challenging for the guards to weather the afternoon sun... guys.. buy them a drink on your next trip up the hill ;)
buy a drink for guard is not a problem...but they are still having the afternonn heat!! IOI should have contruct a more humanize guard house..extra larger roof to have bigger shade....that would solve the problem..Should our RA help out to suggest to IOI to extend the roof coverage..when the environment is good..guard do their job well...residents also benefited...
ReplyDeleteplant more trees, big ones.
ReplyDeleteI am pleased to note that Puteri 11 guardhouse is operating quite well. Sorry for not clarifying earlier that what I meant was Puteri 11 guards facing the afternoon heat. I just wonder when the guardhouse will be supplied with electricity so that the guards will be able to have a fan to keep themselves cool.
ReplyDeleteAlso please note that as you go up to puteri 11 shortly after the guardhouse there is water leaking from a manhole area on the left side of the road. Has it been reported?
