Update:
Hi all,
Mrs Lee and myself have spoken to MPSJ . We were told that no approval have been given. I have requested it to be given in black and white. Mrs Lee is writing her letter today as well.
As for the legal avenue spoke to a lawyer. He feels its too early let them get committed. They always can say the model is just a townplan subject to approval. Furthermore the cheques and receipt are not valid unless the cheque clears.

Instead of hearing all these news and posting comments here everyday, why not we send representatives to discuss with IOI & MPSJ? Straight get an answer from them whether the project is on or not?
ReplyDeleteIf authorities are not approving the condo construction, why IOI can include them in the master plan?
It is useless and pointless that we keep reading the posting and worry day by day. These will keep Puteri 11's residents crazy and claustrophobia.
I remember that in weekly meeting, we have mentioned to do protest and will ask reporter to take videos or photos. Why all these is just a verbally action?
We as Puteri 11's residents are very simple. We just want to know what is going on in our area, what is the future development and will that affect our housing price and lifestyle.
If according to authorities that we as residents can't do anything, the most we just sell off our house.
Pls solve this problem first instead of discussing RA issues and how much need to collect, etc.

ReplyDeleteI'm from Puteri 12 and I think it's pure selfishness to gloat over other housing areas like Puteri 11. Materialistic people can go sleep with their money.
ReplyDeletemy preference of a home, a place for family to live in is like current puteri 11. Not as some suggested 'prosperous" with all high-rise, illegal parking everywhere.......
ReplyDeletethose investors want their house value incresed by double fold or triple....but think again....a high rise condo will increase your investment value ?
I really hope IOI don't be behave like a chinaman companyy by over developing their land. Look at the supply of their commercial properties! Way beyond the demand and causing jam everywhere within bandar puteri. We don't wish to see that happening at Puteri 11 where all terace houses being surrounded by condos and appartment. With Bayu Puteri alone, the number of cars parked along the road leading to Puteri 11 is enough! No more pls!
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of materialistic jerk around Puteri Township, in which they only care about making more money. They live and sleep with money, drink water mixed with money. And those top management in IOI are sort of like that. That's is their so-calles social responsibility and contribution. Develop a township by conning their buyers, and leave behind a township with so much problem. So, the shareholder in IOI shall do something, let off the share, and let it plunge, only then those materialistic jerk will wake up. We got to be united to win this war
