Dear All,
ReplyDeleteSpoke to my lawyer we can complain to HDA(Housing Developers Assc) and HDM(Housing Developement Ministry) re taking the booking if its CASH. Otherwise holding a cheque is not illegal.
The fact it is mentioned in the brouchure abt the view is not a strong point. EIA,TIA,Sewerage and people who paid extra is a point. But IOI is living a gap between the new condo developement and bayu puteri by building a low rise club house.
Guys, with the current state goverment we have a chance... Because of their slope building ruling. But IOI is working on the option off leveling

Hi. the main problem is not about the view.
ReplyDeleteIt's about the security and the the parking issue, which residents of bayu puteri is facing and it turns out a dangerous turning point/roads for all the residents using the road.
As you may aware, there are more points to go...
But now, i'm more interested on the below:
1) have you confirmed that IOI got the approval to build the highrise condo/apartment?
2) what else can we do to oppose the proposal?
