- The security fees paid for the period from December 2010 to February 2011 shall now be considered as paid for the period from January 2011 to March 2011.
- The half a month savings in January 2011 can be used to fund the purchase of security car stickers and house gate tags, the installation of water and electricity supply at the guard house to be handed over by IOI.

With regards the recent notice received from IOI informing that their termination date for security guard services in Puteri 11 is extended to 15 January 2011, the RA Committee has decided that:
