Update:
Hi all,
Mrs Lee and myself have spoken to MPSJ . We were told that no approval have been given. I have requested it to be given in black and white. Mrs Lee is writing her letter today as well.
As for the legal avenue spoke to a lawyer. He feels its too early let them get committed. They always can say the model is just a townplan subject to approval. Furthermore the cheques and receipt are not valid unless the cheque clears.

Proposed highrise showmodel at IOI Galleria
IOI has updated the showmodel masterplan at IOI Galleria to show the proposed high-rise condo.
According to source, the condo unit price is around RM 400,000 at 1,400 sqft. (unconfirmed).
Notice the multi-level parking behind the condo, near to the hillslope. There is also a clubhouse and another 3 blocks of low-rise condo (partially hidden by Bayu Puteri Condo in the first picture).

I did the following:
I will call MPSJ later today.
Update
My wife persuaded me not to call MPSJ. We will let the issue slide for now.
Even if I did call MPSJ, then MPSJ will come and investigate and ensure no illegal structures or extensions are built, ensure proper architect building plans are followed. Isn't this a good thing?
By my silence, am I an accessory to a crime then?
I did the following:
- Emailed him the photos and requested him to remove the wall.
- Talked to him to remove the wall but he refused, saying it is his side of the house.
- This morning the wall is partially removed, but still not enough for me.
I will call MPSJ later today.
