Security Warning To Residents Of Puteri 11

There were some houses broken into in Bandar Puteri Puchong in the month of September 2010.

In Puteri 12 alone, there were a few incidents where the burglars strike during daytime when there was no one in the house.

The suspects were well dressed Chinese men driving expensive cars like BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Camry and Accord to camouflage their actions.

They drove passed the security guardhouse by pretending to be interested buyers of the bungalow houses in Puteri 12.

A meeting between Bandar Puteri RAs and the District Police Chief will be held this Sunday, 10 October 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Puteri 6 Basketball Court.

The meeting will discuss increasing the role of the Police and Residents in crime prevention in Bandar Puteri Puchong.

Puteri 11 Residents are advise;
  1. to be on the alert and call the police when there are such strangers roaming near your houses.
  2. to ensure that your cars have the Puteri 11 car stickers or you will not be allowed entry by the security guards.
  3. to attend the security meeting on Saturday 9 October 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Puteri 11 Playground.

Please help to inform your neighbours and friends in Puteri 11 about this.  They are your best security guards!

Puteri 11 RA Committee.

  1. During raining day,the car stopper rod at PUTERI 11 guard room,is always at the highest point. That means, all cars can pass through guard room at PUTERI 11 freely. All guards on duty are comfortably staying inside the guard house !The apathetic attitude of those guards and manner of lack of responsibility of those guards on duty, may be,is the main caused of the incidents that has taken placed.
The management of those guards concerned, should inculcate the guards with proper knowledge of their responsibility and abide by the rules, before employing them.
Residents' safety that lie in their hands and hoping that this message can be understood and adhere to by all party concerned.
Please assist me to convey the message to all the party concerned.
    Thank you.

  2. Observation:

    1) Any vehicles are allowed to go thru the Bdr Puteri 11 Guard House. However, there are one or two guards who are very strict and only allow vehicles with sticker to enter the compound. Bravo to these guards! The rest who are not doing their job, booooo !!

    2) Going up/down the hill....the Security/ Orange cone are not contributing towards the purpose of having it there. It pose greater threat to drivers as the cones are places towards the outer side of the road. To make things worst, cars park along the Bayu Puteri apartments are getting more ,hence making the road narrower

  4. Just a suggestion. Do you thin putting the red/white "stick" mounted to the road (like how we see at walking passage areas) helps? For the issue of the Bayu Puteri dangerous parking. Thanks.

  6. Hello Anonymous October 8, 2010 10:02 AM,

I suggested this to MPSJ, basically we can mount the lane separator in middle of the road. They said they will consider but until today I don't see any updates from them.

In 2009, the narrowing road wasn't that serious as drivers were skillful enough to park their car closer to the road side but nowadays, they don't seems to be as good as before, blocking the road entirely.

  7. MPSJ should be reminded to carry out their routine checking of the illegal parking along the road side of Bayu Puteri and issued summons thereon. All those unconsiderate "die hard" car owners were then be sent a clear warning!

  9. "UNITY IS STRENGTH"
Residents meeting is going to take place this evening at 5 pm.A couple of Suggestions to all the residents in Puteri 11.Please take time to understand them.My point of view only.
1.)Special thanks to the committee members to take the initiative to solve hiccups that surfaces, kudos to them.
2.)The title is "Unity is Strength".In order to tackle all the anticipated challenges that may surface in time to come, all the residents in Puteri 11,should joint in as a member and to prove that,we are ONE dedicated group.Any residents's trouble that the committee need to solve in future, will definitely be more confidence.
3.)The Guarding services that is going to terminate by the developer and the residents need to pay for the guarding services to continue if,the residents want them.In the eye of law, forcing is illegal. But,consider the safety of our children and grandchildren, all residents should equally contributed to the cost.Remember "Unity is Strength".May be,there will be one or two "washing blue in a pail of water"in our group which is unavoidable,so long as the one or two do not instigate others to follow suit, than ,we are safe.Do not blame them, but guide them.
4.)Happiness,safety of our children and grandchildren that lie in our hands.Stop the misfortune to take place because Regret can never comforts our consciences.
All the best to all the residents in Puteri 11.Created Puteri 11 as the safest residents area at Hill Top Puchong Hill.
Thank for your precious time to read and understand the notes.
