  1. MPSJ is responding to our complaints. Lets put the pressure on them with our other requests. Every resident must do their part. The more complaints they received, the faster they will have to act.

  2. MPSJ shall install another speed bump before the downhill junction of Bayu apartment. Currently only one speed bump infront of Bayu guard house, but further down the winding road, need one more as cars are illegally parked on both side of the road.

  3. The speedhump is still very much useless as further up the corner, cars are still speeding into corners and swinging out of corners......RA pls help to put more speedhumps around the upper corner areas, also help to apply for corner MIRRORs to be install...as there are blindspot around.

  5. Yes, I wrote in again, for the 4th time I think to MPSJ requesting road humps
We need more, especially the long and winding road connecting Puteri 12 to Puteri 11 and going downhill all the way to Bayu Puteri Apartments

That long stretch of road is really dangerous.
Lets see how it goes, but really need more people to write in as if MPSJ keep seeing my name in their complaints, they think that eventhough its 4 requests, its from the same person, and the rest of the residents have no issues concerns.
PLease login your complaints through this link

  7. Dear AxL,

The Head of Engineering from MPSJ will be visiting the upper section of Jalan Puteri 11/1A where you have requested for road humps to be built because of speeding vehicles coming down from Puteri 12.

The appoinrment is at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow morning and it will be good if you can be present with us to explain your complaints to him directly.

We will also be discussing the dangerous car parking issue outside of Puteri Bayu apartments.

    Please call me to confirm.

  8. Dear AxL

MPSJ will be building two road humps along Jalan Puteri 11/1A next month. The funds will come from their 2011 Budget. This was the assurance by their Head of Engineering Dept. who visited the location yesterday. Will just have to wait and see.

  9. They should prioritize humps building on that stretch of road around the curve before passing by the Bayu apartment guard house. That curve is much more dangerous, as cars park on both side with blind spot.

  10. We brought the MPSJ team to Puteri Bayu apartments and explained the problem of illegal car parking on both sides of the narrow, winding, sloppy road with blind spot and the danger it causes to passing vehicles from Puteri 11 and 12.

Told them that accidents had happened and this is our residents NO. 1 BIGGEST worry. MPSJ must help find a solution quick as IOI is not entertaining our many appeals to solve this problem.

Two possible solutions were discussed and MPSJ will make a study and revert to us.

  11. Hi Mr Chiam,
Thanks for the update on the road hump issue. I apologize for not being able to be there on Dec 2nd, 11.30am as I just saw the message on the board today. Would have liked to be there though to back up our complaint.

Thanks for the update that they have agreed to install 2 road humps along Puteri 11/1A, the upper section of Jalan Puteri 11/1A for speeding vehicles coming down from Puteri 12. Really appreciate it. I would have liked to be there to request maybe 3 or 4 road humps, but since we got 2, that is good enough for me.

Lets see how it goes, await them to install the road humps and lets monitor the situation and see if this helps, something is better than nothing. I believe that long road requires 3 but I wont be pushy.

Its good that we are working together to get this resolved for our beloved Taman.

Also interested to see about the parking issue and what they plan to do along Puteri Bayu.

    Thank you
    Christopher
