White mark wooden perimeter at proposed high-rise condo

We noticed that since few days ago IOI has placed white mark wooden at the perimeter at the proposed high-rise condo. Is IOI progressing with the high-rise condo?

    According to a resident at Puteri 12 whom i know told me that IOI is in the final stage of issuing land title for measuring the land.

    His source is quite reliable.

    Nothing to do with the high rise condominium project.

    I believe so because you could see those wooden perimeter at the puteri 12's slope as well.
