Dear Chairman

I am writing this letter to complain about the disposal of Building Materials by IOI Properties , which cause the blockage of road and drainage, in the road in front of my house (Jalan Puteri 11/17) during the construction of the semi-D. I humbly request you to take action against the developer who causes inconveniences to residents to remove the materials immediately from the road which belongs to MPSJ.

Thank you,
Best regards,

Dear resident,

RA has taken the action by submitting our complaint to both MPSJ and IOI Developer.

In order to be more effective, RA is requesting you to complain to MPSJ as residents voices are stronger than us.

Parking and others

Dear resident,

You are all requested to avoid parking at the corners of the road as this causes poor visibility and accident.

Please also advise all visitors, relatives and friends to park properly without blocking neighbours' cars as in many cases improper parking causes unnecessary difficulties to your neighbours when moving their cars.

Lorry owners should also be informed that parking of lorry in the taman is prohibited by MPSJ and the applicable fine is rm 5,000.00. Therefore, please look for an alternative parking space.

For security purposes, taxi or visitors should not use the Puteri 12 access road to enter the taman.

Dog lovers, please clear your dog business as a matter of courtesy to all residents and to keep our taman clean.

Please put your new car sticker in place in order to help our security to give a fast and efficient service. Starting  from the 1st October, 2011, all cars without the new sticker will be registered by the security at the gate.

RA is asking your fullest co-operation.

Thanking you

Alice Choo

Special Events

23-5-11 - Luncheon with Selangor CPO Datuk Tun Hj Hisan

Our Chairman, Alice Choo organized a luncheon with the Chief Police Officer of Selangor, Datuk Tun Hj Hisan, OCPD Serdang Supt. Abdul Razak Elias, and Chairperson of various neighbourhoods in Bandar Puteri Puchong.

The purpose of this event is to strengthen our relationship with the Police Force and is meant to enhance the Community Oriented Policing for our community.

Our Chairman was interviewed by Astro channel 301 for the INFORMASI POLIS Programme, which was broadcasted on Sunday 26th June 2011.

Our Chairman Ms Alice was invited to attend "Calling out List" Conference at IKP Klang organised by CPO Selangor Datuk Tun Hj Hisan, for the purpose of participating in the Smart Partnership Policing with the Police Force to help in reducing crime rate as unfortunately Bandar Puteri is considered one of the crime hotspots in Selangor.

This conference we learnt that strong neighbourhood bonding could help a lot to prevent crime.

According to the Police the winning factors are:

  1. TO KNOW - your neighbour; the daily ongoing routine of your neighbourhood in order to spot anomalies
  2. TO DO - which means ta king responsibility and ta king care of others when needed
  3. TO SHARE - with the neighbourhood as to whom to contact and what to do in case of an emergency.

Inconsiderate parking

Dear resident,

Deputy OCPD Serdang Tuan Lam has now commanded his subordinates to check frequently the parking condition at Puteri Bayu.

Constant saman will be issued to all the cars that are parked along the road on daily basis for a week.

If situation is not getting better he will then continue this procedure for the 2nd week or the 3rd week if necessary.

We hope that this will help to stop Puteri Bayu’s residents of their inconsiderate parking attitude and to regain the safety to everybody.

So let us stay close and united to pray for an absolute solution to this on-going problem.

thank you.

Alice Choo
