Traffic and parking problems at Puteri 11

We managed to take more photos of the traffic and parking problems at Bayu Puteri Apartment. The hazardous parking caused the roads to become narrow single lane for road users at Puteri 11. The authorities must resolve the road problems before allowing further development.

Puteri 11 is also facing similar problems. Main concern is the infrastructure support for the project, such as sewerage, traffic and water supply.

The aggrieved party can later file an objection with the Appeals Board of the Selangor Town and Country Planning Department.

Please give comment.

Landslide next to Mrs Lee house

We also received this picture from an owner. Hope the owner can take more pictures and provide more description.

Narrow access near bayu puteri

Currently Puteri 11 is sharing the same access road with Bayu Puteri Apartments. Due to lack of parking, the apartment owners had to park their cars along the road, causing 2 lanes to become single lane. Also, as the road is winding, there are many dangerous blind-spots. Please drive carefully. We do not wish any accident to happen.

We hope IOI can understand the parking problem we are facing now and provide further proper parking for the residents. Building another high-rise of 400+ units will only worsen the problem.

    • decide on the association’s registered address;
    • elect the sponsoring committee members to handle the registration for the association;

Landslide at under-construction semi-d near SRJK (C) Ladang Harcroft, Puchong Jaya

The under-construction semi-D at the hilltop near SRJK (C) Ladang Harcroft, Puchong Jaya encountered landslide last week. These pictures were taken on 13-June-2009. This proves that landslide can happen and will continue to happen when developers continue to ignore nature's warning signs. Do not wait until human lives are lost.

IOI SalesOffice ShowModel displayed low-rise condominium

The following pictures were taken from IOI SalesOffice. The pictures clearly showed the condominium are low-rise, not the proposed high-rise of 18 to 19 floors. The displayed condos do not block the view of the houses at Puteri 11.
