They have completed the complaint form and recorded the damages for residents of Jalan 11/13.
They are returning on Friday 9th Sept, 2011, morning to attend to those unattended premises, therefore residents of Jalan 11/11, please ensure your availability to allow TNB officers verify the damages and to complete their tasks.
