Notice of the First Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the First Annual General Meeting of the Persatuan Penduduk Bandar Puteri 11, Puchong, Selangor, will be held at the Bandar Puteri 11 Playground on Sunday, 25 April 2010 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following businesses:

AGENDA
  1. To receive the activities report from the Management Committee for the Year 2009.
  2. To receive the Treasurer’s report and to approve the audited financial statement for 2009.
  3. To elect the Management Committee for the positions of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Nine (9) Committee members, Auditors and Trustees.
  4. To discuss and approve on the provision of security guard services to the Bandar Puteri 11 housing area and the fees to be contributed by the residents.
  5. To discuss and approve on any other matters concerning the management of the Residents Association.
