  3. Suggest we have rukun-tetangga, residents take turn to guard our taman. We can do a better job. Save RM 50 one month. Hope everyone will support this idea.

  4. Rukun-tetangga is good, but with the culture and mindset of people nowadays in Malaysia, this will not work.
Even coming for a RA meeting is hard, people say they have this and that, and going for this and that, how sure are we this will be the same when we have rukun tetangga.
People will say, I cant take care tonight, I got some plans, than who do they swap with on a short notice.
I like the idea of rukun tetangga, and I agree its more effective because this are people staying in this area and they will be more vigilant and passionate, but will people do it?

  5. For everyone's info, I have logged a "suggestion" with MPSJ on speed humps/speed breakers, especially along Puteri 11/1 and Puteri 11/1A

I am sick, tired and fed up with speeding cars, one Kembara from Puteri 12 almost knocked my wife the other day, the driver lost control as he was speeding.

I am telling you, one of these days, someone is going to get hurt.

Some residents in puteri 11 as well drive fast and dangerously, though I have to say this has reduced tremendously, maybe because people here already know through this blog that this is a concern for us.

But not Puteri 12 drivers, who I feel sometimes prefer to use Puteri 11 roads because their area has speed humps everywhere and is a painful experience to drive. Once they hit Puteri 11/1A they become Michael Schumachers of this world, as if they are free from their taman filled with speed humps.

Please log in a suggestion to MPSJ, below is the link:-

  6. Yes, Puteri 11 residents who fed up with speeding cars must log in to MPSJ website and file complaints and request speed humps. The more complaints MPSJ get, then they must take actions. So don't wait, log in now!!!
Do your bit also like AxL.
    TQ.

  7. Just because there is security guards, we expect the place 100% crime free. Not possible. Can cut down crime by 80%/90% is not bad already. We pay cheap, so we get guards we can afford. No off day, no public holiday, no annual leave, no overtime pay, no bonus, no medical, no coffee...sleepy! Got abused by residents who don't pay security fee some more...

  8. I am getting a trained guard dog. Just in case many residents don't want to pay for security guards. Dog is men's best friend. Better than many human...selfish, greedy and inconsiderate.

  10. HI Mr Chiam
Yes they have, they are efficient nowadays, only put in my complaint on Monday and on Thursday its up
Good, but I wanted more, they only put one, I told them 11/1A, maybe i need to specify at certain junctions like 11/12, 11/10, etc so that they know its the road connecting 11/1A with Puteri 12, there is where the most danger lies
But good to see this done, I hope more people will support and put in complaints as well, again here is the website

We need more speed humps/breakers in Puteri 11 especially the road connecting Puteri 12 going down hill!

  12. Dear AxL

I think you need to remind MPSJ and specify the exact danger spots for the other speed humps/breakers.
