Our RA today collected a letter from IOI informing us that their security guard services in Puteri 11 is extended until 15th January 2011.
The RA Committee will discuss on this latest news and the members will be duly informed.

good news, can save up to 22K for 1 1/2 month of security fees..but.... IOI provide poor quality security guard services..........
ReplyDeleteSo it is good news and also not so good news!!! But it is still a goodwill gesture from IOI and we should be happy.
ReplyDeleteOk. But why are we still engage security effective Dec 2010 as per the latest EGM?
ReplyDeleteThe EGM was held on 30 October 2010. We received the letter from IOI on 27 November 2010 notifying the extension.
ReplyDeleteWith the extension, we will now engage our security from 16th January 2011 after IOI terminate theirs.
