Feedback On Our Requests From MPSJ

Dear All,

Khoo and I were at MPSJ this morning to;

1. Checked with MPSJ Landscape regarding our request for basketball court, futsal, wood ball and reflexology stone and trash bins.  They are still working on it but somehow they can only provide one thing at a time.  Meaning they will built the basketball court first and this will happen in 2012.
   
   They are not going to do the Woodball for sure. Fauziah, i am sorry for that as I know you really would like to have it.
   
   They are going to install trash bin around BP11 somewhere around April or May as they are still in the process of appointing the contractor.
   
   They still discussing of whether or not to make the reflexology stone for us now or later. They will inform us as soon as they have the decision made.
   
2. MPSJ Landscape told us that Hse 29 Jln 11/7 has made a huge complaint to them the danger they encountered when children were/are playing football in the park.
   
   MPSJ has refused them the tall fencing and MPSJ will put a NO FOOTBALL Sign board in the park.
   
   But I disagree with MPSJ and requested them not to do it otherwise the kids in P11 have no recreational activities at all.
   
   Somehow MPSJ understand they agreed with us of not putting such Sign board to penalize the children. At the same time they will reject this resident request as they were the only resident complaint.
   
3. I have received from Loke yesterday, the letter from MPSJ authorizing us to place the cone along Jalan Puteri 11/1 (Puteri Bayu).

I have contacted Sarjan Mat Sood for the police stickers and strings as agreed previously.  Unfortunately we have to wait till Saturday as he is now on leave till Friday.

Also I have requested Mohan to measure the area and to confirm to us number of cones needed.  Affirmatively the Security Co. is going to have a 50/50 share of cones with us.  This at least can help us to spend lesser and unnecessarily.

Furthermore, I have requested IOI to let me know if they can help us to buy the cone at a cheaper rate.    They will let us know once they have information from their Technical Dept.

Lastly, Fauziah has prepared me the letter for MPSJ regarding our request for F.O.C. electricity supply for our spotlight even though she is so busy with her meeting internationally.   Jutaan terima kasih Fauziah, Alhamdulillah!
