MPSJ Aduan: Plants Untrimmed Along Jalan Puteri 11/1A

Dear Sirs,

Enclosed please find 3 photos of the branches almost touching the ground, which were taken along Jalan Puteri 11/1A, for your reference.

We wish to highlight to you that your contractor has trimmed these plants for us only once 6 months ago. Since then nobody has ever attended to these plants.

We also would like to know how frequent or how many times is your contractor be attending to plant cutting and hedge trimming?

Can we have the name and the contact number of your contractor, please?
