Burglars broke into house in Puteri12

This week Tuesday, a house in Puteri 12 was broken into. Computers, cash and some valuables were stolen. Nobody was in the house when the incident happened in the early afternoon. The burglars used metal cutter to cut open the locks. On the same day, two other houses there were targeted, but the burglars left when they saw the neighbours noticed them.

The suspects were six well dressed Chinese men who came in two cars Nissan WLN 8316 and Honda JJJ 6261. They escaped through Puteri 11. A police report was made at the Bandar Puteri police station.

  3. currently the security guards at puteri 11 are engaged, paid and managed by ioi. heard that later this year the responsibility will be handed over to the residents. puteri 11 RA will have to work with the residents to decide on this issue i.e. how much it costs to have our own security guards and how to share the costs!

  4. Know your neighbours and be their good friends. They can help watch over your house when you are not in. Happy that i know all my immediate neighbours well. They are really helpful. Can't depend too much on foreign workers security guards.

  5. Since Puteri 11 is not developed as a gated and guarded housing scheme, legally the guards have got no rights to stop outsiders from coming into our area. That is why crime still happening in many residential areas. With tight security guards, it does help to reduce the crime.

  6. I just joined as member of Puteri 11 RA. I hope many residents will join as members. The more members, the less it will cost me and you to pay the monthly security fees. Thank you for your support. Ask your neighbours to join also. We work together to build good, safe, peaceful place in Puteri 11 for our families. Thank you.

  7. I moved in to Puteri 11 last year. I would love to make friends with my meighbours unfortunately they don't seem to be friendly. When I smile at these neighbours, they can hardly smile at you. Wonder why? Just too arrogant! At times I just don't feel like being in this neighbourhood coz my previous neighbourhood is totally different. I feel awkard here in Puteri 11. Plsss...i beg each and everyone living here try to be more polite, greet each other or the simplest thing SMILE!

  8. Try find a good excuse to talk with your neighbours. Find out what conversations would interest them eg. World Cup, good makan places, pet dogs, condominium issue, security issue, massage centres...etc. Good neighbours are so important.
    Good luck.

  12. RA already sent request to IOI to build proper half concrete and half grille fencing along jalan 11/1 overlooking puteri 10. Just like the one in puteri 8. IOI said management will consider our request!
