Dear Sir,

Re: REQUEST FOR WIDENING OF JALAN PUTERI 11/1

With reference to my letter of ref. RR 1/02/2012 of 17th February, 2012, which I requested our developer IOI Properties, Flora Developments Sdn Bhd to widen the captioned road as I have some concern regarding the approval of 50 ft. width in the 90’s as you mentioned.

I believe that this particular road should have been categorized as Main Road even during the 90’s.

Furthermore, I wish to highlight to you that the widening of this road should not be linked or related to the entrance of the proposed Townhouse and Condominium.

I thank you very much if you can list this issue in the agenda of the next meeting that is supposed to be somewhere in mid-March 2012 as agreed by all parties on the initial meeting held at MPSJ on 17th February 2012.

Once again all entire Puteri 11 community would like to thank you for your kind assistance and a justified consideration given to us.

Yours truly,

Alice Choo

  1. don't confuse the terms roadway width and road reserved width. Roadway width (or number of lanes) is related to traffic volume (this can be obtained by traffic count and/or growth projection). We would rather ask for wider road reserved and have proper walkway or bike lane. Wide roadway may encourage speeding and/or illegal parking. my 2 cents...
