Dear Resident,
Please be advised that MPSJ will attend to our Taman within this week to trim all the plants along Jalan puteri 11/1A.
We have to thank our Cr. Chang to have help us so promptly. Without his assistance, I am believe MPSJ will not be able to attend to our request/complaint so soon.

I repeat just to thank him and not forwarding your complaint to him as his duty is to help us to troubleshoot the unattended complaint in within MPSJ.
Please forward your complaint alongwith photos to mpsj@mpsj.gov.my cc to me and RA will help in following up the matter.
May I stress that your voice is always stronger than us RA and so is your rights!
