We wish to bring to your attention that this is our 3rd time we are forwarding you our request to have these plants trim as they are getting more bushy and untidy.
We also wish to know from you if your contractor is supposed to attend to the trimming of these plants in every 4 months or we should forward our request periodically as reminder?
